We are seeking an experienced WMS SME (Oracle WMS Techno-Functional Consultant) to support the implementation, integration, and AMS operations of Oracle Warehouse Management solutions in complex warehouse and distribution environments.

• Design, configure, and support Oracle Warehouse Management (Fusion WMS / Oracle WMS Cloud) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
• Manage and support key warehouse processes including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Management
  .
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle WMS and Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), and Transportation Management (TMS).
• Support warehouse automation initiatives involving barcoding, RF scanners, and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for functional and technical issues, including data discrepancies and interface failures.
• Lead or support end-to-end WMS implementation activities, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover Activities, and AMS Support Operations

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and system performance.
• Provide ongoing system enhancements, issue resolution, and process optimization recommendations.

• 12–13 years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud WMS / Oracle Warehouse Management
  .
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion WMS, Oracle WMS Cloud, or Oracle EBS WMS
  .
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies, including RF devices, barcode systems, and material handling equipment
  .
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
• Experience in WMS integrations with Oracle SCM applications and third-party systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform effective RCA.
• Experience supporting implementation projects and AMS environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in large-scale warehouse and logistics transformation projects.
• Oracle SCM/WMS certifications are preferred.
• Experience working in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries is an advantage.
