As a Principal IT/Digital in the Energy Practice, you will work closely with our client’s leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for recommendations, and lead BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments. You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture to leverage digital potential and deliver lasting value.

You will evaluate and coach our clients’ technology teams, manage quality and risk, maintain client expectations, and be operationally responsible for execution and management of solutions. Together with clients, you will develop convincing IT strategies, concepts, and solutions that have lasting impact on organization, operating model, digital, and data landscape.

You will manage diverse consulting teams, fostering a thriving environment through thought-provoking guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing, frequent feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. You will also continue to develop personally through exposure to complex challenges.

Clients will seek your advice as a thought leader on business issues beyond the immediate scope of your project work. As Principal you will contribute to the Practice Area development and help strengthen the BCG Platinion brand as an AI and digital leader.

• 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation
• Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals)
• Track record in IT transformation delivery
• Expertise in IT/Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent academic degree
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Arabic is a plus.

You will work in a collaborative environment with continuous development opportunities, growing toward Director-level roles while deepening expertise in Energy and IT/digital transformation.
