Position: Regional Agency Strategy, Governance and Enablement Manager Arabic Speaking)

Tik Tok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of Tik Tok’s regional management and support function, the Regional Headquarters is seeking a Regional Agency Strategy, Governance and Enablement Manager to support Tik Tok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of regional agency-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating entities.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and support implementation of regional agency-management policies, playbooks, onboarding standards and governance processes for Tik Tok LIVE across the MENA/MENAT region.

Support local operating entities in identifying, assessing and managing MCNs, agencies and creator organisations in accordance with approved regional standards, without directly contracting on behalf of the RHQ entity.

Design and deliver regional training materials and enablement programmes for internal teams on agency-management processes, platform policies, compliance requirements and operational best practices.

Analyse regional agency performance data and provide recommendations to local operating entities and regional leadership on agency quality, category development and creator ecosystem trends.

Coordinate with product, policy, legal, compliance and local operations teams to improve regional agency-management methodology and ensure consistent application of Tik Tok LIVE standards.

Contribute to regional business planning, operational governance and performance reporting for the LIVE creator agency ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
Deep passion for Tik Tok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
Experience in the live-streaming industry and understanding of latest live-streaming trends.
Experience in regional strategy, business operations, governance, analytics, partner enablement or cross-functional programme management within a technology, media, entertainment, social media or creator economy business.

This role is based in the Company’s KSA Regional Headquarters and is responsible for providing regional strategy, management, governance, analytics, training and coordination support to Company group entities across the MENAT/MENA region. The role does not involve direct sales to customers, direct contracting with creators, agencies or users on behalf of the RHQ entity, or direct operation of local commercial activities.

Execution of local market activities, contracting and revenue-generating operations remains with the relevant local operating entities.
