Role DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager at Innovative Solutions, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage cross‑functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations
- Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability
- Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, or IT
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance project planning, reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency
