Consulting Manager; KSA - Audit & Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trusted advisor to internal staff and Team Mate customers on all solutions and their application to audit, assurance and GRC processes.
• Collaborate with the engagement project manager to manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
• Provide regular status updates to Wolters Kluwer leadership on project progress.
• Identify project issues and risks, assess impact, and consult with the customer on risk mitigation plans.
• Manage issues and escalations during engagement, liaising with product management, support, and technical services teams.
• Contribute to the innovation and improvement of internal service delivery processes.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer business requirements.
• Conduct process‑mapping workshops and document current and future state processes.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels across internal audit, internal control, risk management and other GRC functions.
• Design and configure the Team Mate product, ensuring setup parameters meet customer requirements.
• Coach and delegate tasks to professional services consultants on large engagements.
• Share audit and assurance best practice with the customer, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training, ensuring high rates of user adoption.
• Advise the customer on the most effective training approach and provide assistance to internal trainers.
• Create training user manuals and guides to supplement instructor‑led delivery.
• Deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions on large engagements, supporting internal trainers on best practice.

• Background in audit (internal or external) is essential.
• Experience implementing similar audit, assurance or GRC solutions, especially across the Middle East region.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent listening ability.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East region for onsite delivery of services.
• Flexibility in accommodating last‑minute engagement changes.
• Strong presentation, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Native‑level Arabic and fluent English.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or information systems.
• GRC or Internal Audit certification (e.g. CIA, CRMA, CISA).
• Minimum 7‑years work experience.
