We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to improve Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, organizational change management, and leadership coaching.

• Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
• Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove organizational and team‑level impediments.
• Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability.
• Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
• Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.

• Work directly with leading Fin Tech partners and Open Banking programs in the region.
• Gain hands‑on experience with advanced API gateway tools like IBM API Connect and Data Power.
• Be part of high‑impact integration and onboarding initiatives shaping the financial ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Product, Security, Operations, and Engineering.
• Grow your career in Fin Tech integrations, technical onboarding, and Open Banking architecture roles.
