- Must-Have**
- (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Success Factors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning.
- Minimum 3 End to End implementation experience in SF PMGM & SPCDP including basic knowledge of other SF modules
- Good understanding of Configure Goal Plans, Multi-Rater (360 Reviews), Calibration, Performance Review templates, Route Maps, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) features.
- Experience in Design and deploy Talent Pools, Succession Org Charts, Career Worksheets, Mentoring programs, and Role Readiness assessments.
- Experience in editing background XML files for Goal Plans and Career Worksheets when specific permission structures or layout elements fall outside front-end capabilities.
- Managing Metadata Frameworks (MDF), custom Business Rules, FO objects, workflows, alearts, and RBP.
- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
- Certified in Success Factors Performance & Goals Management is a MUST
- The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Bilingual preferred (Arabic/ English)
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across many countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
