About the Role

In this role, you'll shape and drive the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) roadmap, ensuring it supports our ambitions across commercial, loyalty, and customer service.

You will own the roadmap, driving capabilities across sales, marketing, loyalty, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalised guest experience across all touchpoints.

The role involves defining product requirements, overseeing configurations and integrations, monitoring performance (KPIs such as conversion, NPS, and adoption), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance customer lifecycle value.

Central to your success in this role, you'll drive platform configuration and customisation, including workflows, Business Process Flows, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 across airline, travel or loyalty driven industries.

You'll bring hands‑on experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, along with a strong understanding of integrations, data, and customer journeys.

You are analytical, customer‑focused, and tech‑savvy, with proven experience defining product roadmaps, writing user stories and requirements, and working in Agile environments.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you have strong experience managing product roadmaps and Agile delivery (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
