Role PurposeTo provide expert advisory that supports executive decision‑making and addresses complex business challenges through deep experience and sound judgment, while contributing to shaping strategic direction and providing clear perspectives on key initiatives in alignment with Elm's policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities & ActivitiesHigh‑level responsibilities and activities for this role include:
Strategic Advisory & Executive Influence- Provide advisory support to senior stakeholders on strategic and operational business topics.
- Contribute to strategic discussions by providing clear insights, perspectives, and recommendations.
- Support the development of business cases and key initiatives through structured input and analysis.
- Provide input that supports executive decision‑making based on analysis, experience, and sound judgment.
- Address complex business challenges across different areas within the division and department.
- Develop structured approaches, frameworks, and recommendations to support effective problem solving.
- Contribute to designing practical solutions aligned with the overall business and operational direction.
- Review outputs and recommendations to ensure they are relevant, practical, and implementable.
