SAP FICO Consultant – Healthcare

A leading healthcare organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to serve as the functional and technical liaison between the Finance Department and the SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, supporting end-users, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing the value of SAP solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Cost Controlling.
• Maintain organizational structures such as Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Segment Reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Design and optimize end-to-end financial processes (R2R, P2P, and O2C).
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend practical SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Manage integrations with external systems, including banking platforms, e-invoicing (ZATCA), and other third-party applications.
• Ensure the integrity and governance of master data across SAP and integrated systems.
• Configure VAT settings and support Saudi e-invoicing (Fatoora Phase II) compliance.
• Develop financial reports, KPIs, and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards.
• Provide first- and second-level SAP functional support and user training.
• Manage user roles and authorizations while ensuring segregation of duties and internal control compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate documentation of system changes and configurations.
• Lead or support finance-related SAP enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 years in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle SAP FICO implementations or major go‑live projects.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, Saudi VAT regulations, financial closing processes, and management reporting.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

Preferred

Certifications:

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance Certifications (C_TS4FI, C_S4
  
  CFI).
• SOCPA, CMA, or CPA certifications are considered a strong advantage.

Required Technical Knowledge:

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud Finance (GL/AP/AR/AA).
• Cost Controlling (CCA/PCA/PA).
• Fiori Applications and Quarterly Release Management.
• Integration with SAP Ariba, Concur, banking platforms, or e‑invoicing solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery approaches.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC principles; ABAP knowledge is an added advantage.
