Müller's Solutions is urgently hiring a skilled Service Now Developer for immediate joining. This high-impact role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Service Now applications to support our IT service management and business workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Service Now development and be ready to contribute from day one.

• Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications promptly according to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements efficiently
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other Service Now integration mechanisms
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Service Now modules
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to end-users
• Maintain clear documentation for all development activities
• Stay abreast of Service Now enhancements and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant Service Now development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly
• Expertise in Service Now core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML relevant to Service Now customization
• Experience with Service Now integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Ability to join immediately and handle fast-paced project demands
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Service Now Certified Developer or related certifications
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control tools like Git
