The Performance Reporting Senior Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards using Power BI, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves data analysis, dashboard development, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate, and impactful reporting. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into business insights are essential.
MainDuties and Responsibilities of the job Performance Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of periodic performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various business units.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards in Power BI.
- Implement best practices for data visualization to ensure clarity and usability.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards to reflect changes in business requirements.
- Work closely with management and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret dashboards and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.
- Lead initiatives to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are highly desirable.
3-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
SkillsComputer:
Proficiency in ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,think-cell).
Proven experience with Power BI, including building and maintaining complex dashboards.
