The Director - Web and Social Platforms at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the strategy, development, and management of Qiddiya’s web presence and social media platforms. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and user experience through innovative digital solutions that align with Qiddiya’s vision as a leading entertainment destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive web and social media strategies that support corporate marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the design, content, and functionality of Qiddiya’s websites and social channels ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, IT, and external agencies, to align digital efforts and maintain brand consistency.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness; providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and optimize digital presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for web and social media platforms.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to web development and social media management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or social media leadership roles.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale web platforms and social media channels for high-profile brands.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, SEO, SEM, and social media analytics tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
