Identity Management Consultant - SME

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Build policies, processes and frameworks related to identity and Access management (e.g., identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
• Conduct assessments of clients’ existing IAM processes, systems and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Advise on the implementation of new IAM features that are tailored to the specific environment.
• Establish the link between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing their evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
• Focus on the efficient deployment, roll‑out and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients’ business processes and security policies.
• Develop and implement access control policies, roles and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role‑based access control and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, IT and compliance) to integrate IGA solutions into clients’ environments.
• Provide training and support to client teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
• Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
• Prepare updates and reports to management.

• Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on identity and access management.
• Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra , ADFS, MDM Intune, Office 365).
• Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra , Forge Rock, Okta, Novell) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra , MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA and Office 365.
• Certification in SailPoint Identity IQ Associate Certification, and Beyond Trust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP is preferred.
• Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.
• Prior consulting experience and excellent customer‑facing skills are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
