This role is responsible for implementation of Risk Data Aggregation, Enterprise Risk Management systems and maintains the current landscape of Enterprise Risk products, processes, applications and data and being the successor of the section head.
Areas Of Responsibility:Day-to-day operations
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Enterprise Risk ArchitectureDevelops and maintains ERM Functional, Technical and Data Architectures.
Develops and implements Risk Data Aggregation (BCBS 239) framework and processes in alignment of the bank's strategy.
Deploys and maintains ERM systems architecture & solutions.
Co‑ordinates and collaborates with relevant stakeholders for the timely implementation of Enterprise Risk Management tools and technologies.
Conducts assessments of the current state of Enterprise Risk Management and implements the defined roadmap to achieve the target state.
Works with Business Technology in order to effectively communicate the business requirements.
Works with relevant stakeholders for the integration of Enterprise Risk Management systems with applicable source systems.
Works with vendors to evaluate suitable technology products for Enterprise Risk Management and co‑ordinates the acquisition processes.
Manages OBIEE platform for Enterprise Risk Architecture Stream.
Assists the head of section/department in performing any other work related to the function.
Works as the successor and backup of the head of the section.
Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
ReportingPrepares and presents departmental reports of Riyad Bank timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
Safety, Quality & EnvironmentComplies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Related AssignmentsPerforms other related duties or assignments as directed by the management.
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, preferably at a postgraduate level.
- Enterprise Risk Architecture, IT Architecture, Security Architecture related certifications.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in banking sector in Enterprise Risk and System/Security Architecture domain.
