• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end SAP workflow solutions using SAP Business Workflow (SAP WF) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO).
• Translate business process requirements into technical workflow models using SAP Transaction SWDD and SAP PO graphical tools.
• Integrate SAP workflows with backend modules (FI, CO, MM, HR, SD) and external systems via IDoc, RFC, or REST/SOAP interfaces.
• Customize and enhance standard workflows using ABAP OO, BAPIs, and workflow containers for dynamic routing and approval logic.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to document process flows, test cases, and UAT sign-offs.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize workflow performance using transaction SWI1/SWIA, resolve stuck items, and ensure SLA adherence.
