IT Purchasing Assistant; Well-Connected

What You’ll Do

Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and solutions. Work directly with authorized vendors & distributors. Secure fast and competitive quotations through your network. Evaluate offers based on technical compliance & commercial value. Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure delivery timelines and vendor accountability.

• 3+ years of experience in IT / Technology Procurement
• Strong network of IT vendors in Saudi Arabia
• Solid knowledge of IT products (Servers, Networking, Cloud, Licensing)
• Ability to deliver 3+ quotations within 24–48 hours
• Proven negotiation skills with cost-saving results
• Experience in ICT / System Integrator companies (Preferred)

• Strong vendor network enabling speed & priority sourcing
• Ability to secure multiple quotations within tight timelines
• Achieve measurable cost savings
• Maintain high vendor reliability & on-time delivery
