Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver digitisation and technology projects across the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and maintain project management guidelines, governance frameworks, and prioritisation lists aligned with digitisation and technology objectives
• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, charters, roadmaps, and communication plans across multiple concurrent projects
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues, dependencies, and constraints throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate vendor selection, manage contractual terms, and evaluate vendor and consultant performance against agreed conditions
• Monitor project progress and performance against defined KPIs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Ensure all project documents are properly coded, filed, and maintained for audit and future reference
• Develop accurate and timely progress reports to support senior management decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and delivery practices while ensuring full compliance with organisational policies, SOPs, and risk management regulations

• 7+ years of project management experience in IT or digitisation environments.
• Strong command of the full PM lifecycle — Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and senior stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• PMP certification is required
• Fluency in English and Arabic speakingking is a must
