This is a critical role at the intersection of finance and technology, focused on leveraging Power BI to lead cost reporting, trend analysis, and data visualization efforts. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide senior leadership with actionable insights by automating and optimizing reporting tools and dashboards.

• Design and manage dynamic Power BI dashboards to track financial KPIs and cost performance
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to align reporting systems with business needs
• Analyze cost structures to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Lead process automation for monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles
• Validate and troubleshoot financial data across multiple systems
• Produce training materials and documentation for stakeholders using your dashboards

• 10 years of experience in cost reporting and financial analytics
• Mastery in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost allocation, and financial performance metrics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and enterprise data systems like ERP or SAP
• Strong communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive approach to solving data discrepancies and improving data accuracy
