We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and success of digital products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure products meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support product planning, roadmap execution, and feature prioritization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and product requirements.
- Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Support stakeholders and users by providing product knowledge and guidance.
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Specialist roles.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise systems.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software testing processes.
