GT Medical is looking for a competitive, proactive, and results-driven Technical Support Officer to provide first-line IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while delivering excellent user support.

What You Will Do
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Microsoft 365
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email services
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when required
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding (IT setup and access provisioning)
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and report incidents promptly
  • Install and configure IP phones (Grand stream)
  • Install and maintain CCTV systems (Hikvision)
  • Deploy and manage endpoint protection (ESET)
  • Provide user training and promote IT best practices
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc.)
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • Hands-on experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and user administration
  • Exposure to IP telephony (Grand stream), CCTV (Hikvision), and biometric systems (ZKTeco) is an advantage
  • Experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., ESET or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to provide both on-site and remote IT support
