Specialist - Data Management and Operations

We are seeking a Specialist – Data Management and Operations to support the implementation and enhancement of data management practices across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data analytics initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support data quality management activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Monitor data throughout its lifecycle, including creation, storage, usage, archival, and deletion in accordance with retention policies.
• Establish and maintain metadata repositories to improve data accessibility and utilization.
• Ensure data is captured, managed, and utilized effectively from relevant sources.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify data quality issues and support corrective actions to improve data integrity and usability.
• Develop reports and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of data management and governance initiatives.
• Support the implementation of data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote effective data management practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with enterprise data management practices is preferred.
