# ERP Implementation Consultant Riyadh / Karachi Full-time Competitive## About the Role As an ERP Implementation Consultant at FRESME, you'll lead end-to-end Tadbir ERP deployments for enterprise clients across the GCC and Pakistan. You'll be the bridge between client business requirements and our technical team — ensuring on-time delivery, user adoption, and maximum ROI for every implementation.## What You'll DoLead full-cycle Tadbir ERP implementations from requirements gathering to go-live Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments for clients

Configure ERP modules:
Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Assets, and Projects Manage project timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication

Deliver end-user training and produce functional documentation

Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations## What We're Looking For3+ years of ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Strong understanding of core business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, and HR cycles

Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations

Proficiency in English;
Arabic or Urdu is a strong advantage## Nice to Have

Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoorah) implementation

Certification in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Background in manufacturing, real estate, or healthcare verticals
