To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Technical Support Officer.
Job purposeAs a Customer Support Officer, you will handle clients’ inquiries and requests regarding Geidea POS product and overall incoming communication channels acting as first line of support for customers, with the primary goal of providing best customer experience all the time.
Responsibilities- Handle and provide the correct answers for client inquiries received through Chat, Phone, and Email.
- Ensure a prompt response to all customer queries, escape and follow up with concerned teams with Geidea in case any support is needed from their side until reaching case resolution.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to technical and non-technical users alike and provide a solution.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately, clearly and in a timely manner within the ticketing system
- Effectively triage the type of issue - misconfiguration, retraining, or software bug and report it to development team using internal tools.
- Retraining customers in software and hardware use when needed by demonstrating remotely and responding to customer questions.
- 0-2 years’ experience in a support role in SAAS or Cloud-based POS
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in IT, Software, Engineering, Networking, or equivalent
- High fluency in the English language, especially speaking and communicating verbally and typing.
- Flexible to work in different shifts in Riyadh.
- Experience with ECR, POS devices and network printers a plus
- Experience with support ticketing systems a plus
- Experience with remote access software is a plus.
