Position: 24x7 IT Support Agent (L1/L2) - Omni-Channel

Next Era is seeking Contact Center Agents for providing 24x7 IT support in Riyadh. The role involves handling user queries through various channels and performing ticket logging. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Service Desk or Contact Center environments, and must be bilingual in Arabic and English.

They will be expected to provide first-level troubleshooting, maintain SLA targets, and support VIP users as needed. A background in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
