Qualifications
- Strong ability to manage and operate SAP platforms
- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS operations
- Ability to manage system stability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution
- Strong knowledge of SAP security and access management
- Ability to design and manage SAP roles and authorizations
- Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and access risk management
- Ability to support audit and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage system patching, transports, refreshes, and upgrades
- Ability to coordinate with HEC and manage SLA requirements
- Knowledge of security and integration for related systems such as Success Factors, CPI, BTP, and Fiori
- 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and SAP Security
- Experience managing SAP S/4
HANA Private Cloud hosted on HEC or similar cloud platforms - Hands‑on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
- Experience in audit compliance support
- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, transport management, and system monitoring
- Strong knowledge of SAP security, role design, SoD concepts, and access governance
