Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of systems and data while overseeing infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and technical support services. The Infrastructure Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the organization's digital transformation strategy.

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee technical support and troubleshooting activities to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage hardware and software procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with service providers and vendors to implement modern technologies and best practices.
• Lead infrastructure security and risk management initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure projects to ensure high performance and business continuity.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure operations to support organizational growth.
• Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team members to maximize performance and capability.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
