Enterprise Cyber Strategy & Transformation Lead
Lead the development and execution of enterprise cybersecurity strategies, governance, and transformation initiatives, with a focus on AI governance and shared services. Drive alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation objectives and relevant Saudi cybersecurity regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Experience- 10–15 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles in cyber strategy, governance, enterprise transformation, or CISO advisory.
- Strong executive communication and board presentation experience.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business entities.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation objectives.
- Familiarity with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), and relevant Saudi cybersecurity regulations.
- Knowledge of Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and national data governance requirements.
- Experience working with government entities, public sector organizations, or large enterprises within Saudi Arabia.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Enterprise Security Architecture, Security Operations, Cyber Resilience, Data Protection, Third-Party Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Dev Sec Ops , and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ABSAT, OTOGAF, CRISC, CCGEIT, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer.
