Director – AI Solutions & Automation

Job Description

Our client is establishing a central Enterprise AI Office to enable Artificial Intelligence adoption across its diversified portfolio of businesses. The organisation is focused on integrating market-leading AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions to improve operational performance, enhance customer experience, and increase workforce productivity across all subsidiaries.

Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation will lead the identification, evaluation, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise AI solutions across the Group.

Rather than developing AI technologies internally, the role will oversee the deployment of commercial AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, SAP Joule, Salesforce Einstein, Oracle AI, UiPath, and other intelligent automation solutions that align with business requirements.

The Director will work closely with subsidiary leadership teams to identify automation opportunities, redesign business processes, coordinate solution implementation with technology partners, and ensure successful adoption across multiple business sectors.

The role will also establish implementation standards, vendor governance, solution architecture principles, and performance metrics to maximise return on AI investments.

Candidates should possess extensive experience leading enterprise technology implementation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or business technology programmes.

Strong knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, process automation, vendor management, cloud technologies, and enterprise application integration is essential.

Experience working across multiple industries and managing complex technology transformation programmes within large organisations is highly desirable.
