Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end ERP transformation programs. The role will manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple work streams, ensuring successful delivery from planning and design through deployment, cutover, hyper‑care, and operational stabilization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Oversee cut‑over planning, go‑live execution, hyper‑care, and coexistence strategy.
- Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
- Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance and industry standards.
- Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- 12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Corporation Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors and enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches based on project needs.
- Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cut‑over planning and execution, testing management, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification
- SAFe Oracle Cloud ERP Certification
- ITIL
- COBIT
