A senior Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation initiatives, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Scrum principles and best practices.
• Monitor team progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and release planning.
• Improve team performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and performance updates for management.
• Maintain Kanban boards on tools such as Jira.
• Support organizational Agile transformation and change management initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• SAFe Leadership certification mandatory.
• DAC or ICP‑ACC certification preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
• Risk management and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Slack.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
