OUR OPPORTUNITYThe Technical Project Manager manages the full transformation program across current-state assessment, target-state design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization.
YOU WILL- Manage the integrated project plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business work streams.
- Coordinate current-state assessment and target-state implementation activities.
- Track migration waves, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations.
- Manage coexistence risks between existing and target platforms.
- Track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign-off.
- Track licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones.
- Maintain RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance.
- Ensure legacy components are not left running unnecessarily after target-state migration.
- Support change management, communication, and business readiness.
- Strong experience managing technical data, BI, DWH, or platform transformation programs.
- Understanding of data architecture, ETL, BI, governance, MDM, and cloud modernization concepts.
- Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
- Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
