Role Overview
Our client recognises that successful AI adoption depends on employee engagement, capability development, and organisational readiness. The Enterprise AI Office invests in AI education, change management, and workforce enablement to maximise the value of Artificial Intelligence across the Group. Reporting to the Director of AI Governance and Adoption, the AI Learning & Adoption Specialist designs and delivers enterprise AI training programmes, awareness campaigns, user guidance, and adoption initiatives across all Group companies.
Responsibilities- Organise AI workshops and develop learning materials.
- Coordinate awareness events, gather employee feedback, and monitor adoption metrics.
- Support change management activities throughout AI implementation programmes.
- Work closely with Human Resources and subsidiary leadership teams to create a culture of continuous learning, responsible AI usage, and innovation.
Candidates should possess experience in learning and development, organisational change, digital adoption, training, or employee engagement. Strong facilitation, communication, instructional design, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential. Experience delivering technology adoption or digital transformation programmes within large organisations is highly desirable.
