Start date ASAP. Cannot consider anyone with a notice period longer than 1 month. We are supporting a major enterprise organisation in Riyadh that is looking to hire an experienced Service Now ITSM Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Identify pain points and recommend process improvements across ITSM workflows.
- Drive Service Now ITSM enhancements, standardisation and automation initiatives.
- Define Service Catalog requirements and support UX-focused improvements.
- Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile delivery, UAT and go-live activities.
- 8+ years experience as a Service Now Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise across Service Now ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience with Service Catalog and requirements documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions.
