Job DescriptionWe are seeking a GIS Content Editor to manage, review, and maintain geographic information system (GIS) data and mapping content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across digital mapping platforms.
Responsibilities- Edit, update, and maintain GIS datasets and mapping content.
- Review geographic data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform quality assurance checks on maps and spatial information.
- Research and validate geographic and location‑based data sources.
- Generate reports and documentation related to GIS content updates.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve mapping and data processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Environmental Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with GIS software and spatial data management.
- Knowledge of mapping principles, geographic data standards, and cartography.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Pay: per year.
