Job Description Gather Insights About the Client's Context & Objectives- Listen and understand client context, d isplay deep understanding of client marketing and communications objectives and challenges / pain points
- Is an expert on our clients' brand, structure and industry and ensures our deliverables are
aligned with client objectives - Gradually pick up organizational dynamics/politics to help steer us clear of issues
- Actively listen and probe to gather client requirements (and sometimes even anticipate unstated needs)
- Serve as DA’s primary representative at the client – the person who will handle the main day-to-day point of contact for all things related to the account
- Emcees or leads client meetings and presentations. Is ultimately responsible and actively manages the creation of clear and compelling meeting documents (e.g., presentations, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Learn client’s industry sector and stay up-to-date with digital marketing & technology trends to establish a credible and influential voice in client discussions
- Builds strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Routes and ensures we address client queries effectively and in a timely manner; efficiently gather and transmit client feedback to the team as needed
- Conduct periodic account reviews (usually quarterly) to gauge delivery according expectations and client satisfaction
- Builds trust and maintains strong client relationships; instills confidence and ensures clients will accept our best ideas and strategies
- Work with leadership team to set digital strategies at your assigned accounts
- Work with the project team to manage timely completion of all contractually agreed to deliverables
- Be aware of and able to articulate client's digital strategy and help set project success criteria and KPIs and work with team to deliver reports or dashboards on web performance metrics
- Maintain responsibility for timely invoicing and processing of our payments
- Identify and/or suggest opportunities for account expansion or new projects
- Drive Outcomes, Profitability and Productivity across your Account
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Established presentation and writing skills -- excellent in both verbal and written communications
- Polished, poised, professional, and can develop a strong client presence
- Ambitious, willing to work hard, and are looking to advance your career
- Well organized, can handle stress, ambiguity and deadlines.
- Conversant in Digital Marketing and have a willingness and capacity to learn
- Saudi nationality, knowledge of Saudi culture, and fluency in English/Arabic language are preferred but not prerequisites
- Ambitious, willing to work hard, and are looking to advance your career
- Well organized, can handle stress, ambiguity and deadlines.
- At least 3 yrs of experience in Marketing / Advertising. University education, agency experience, and experience with digital marketing (managing large accounts), social media, and e-commerce is a plus
