IT Security Operations Expert

Takamol is seeking a skilled security professional to strengthen our security posture by managing Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), mobile security, and data protection solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Administer and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to reinforce security measures.
• Supervise and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, focusing on solutions such as Beyond Trust, ensuring top-tier access controls and vigilant monitoring.
• Ensure the security and integrity of Azure Active Directory environments; monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Enforce security policies and configurations on mobile devices using solutions like Air Watch, Mobile Iron, and Microsoft Intune; monitor and respond to incidents and threats on mobile devices while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Deploy and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to threats in real time; investigate and analyze security incidents, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions from vendors such as Microsoft, Symantec, and Forcepoint to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of company data; proactively scout for potential data leak points and respond decisively during breach events.
• Collaborate closely with IT members to guarantee timely software and system patching; continuously scan systems for unpatched vulnerabilities, pushing for adherence to organizational compliance benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in security operations, emphasizing IAM, PAM, Azure AD, MDM, DLP, and patch management.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Active Directory Administrator Associate and other relevant IAM/PAM/security certifications.
• Demonstrated capability in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to translate intricate security topics into understandable terms for a varied audience.
