Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network & Security Engineer with 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity technologies. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in switching, routing, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions, along with a strong foundation in network infrastructure and security best practices.

Candidates with exposure to Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and IoT security environments will have an added advantage.

• Configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switching and routing environments.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot firewall and security solutions.
• Monitor network performance, security events, and system availability.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity controls and security best practices.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network and security‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure reliable and secure network operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration records.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, security assessments, and project deployments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Network and Security Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco and/or Huawei Switching and Routing technologies.
  
  Experience managing and supporting network security solutions, including:
• Fortinet Firewalls
• Trend Micro Security Solutions
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of OT (Operational Technology), IoT, and Industrial Network Security environments.
• Industry certifications such as:
• FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional)
• PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer)
• Experience working in enterprise, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments is a plus.
