IT Project Manager

Muller's Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals only.

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Track and report project performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth transition during project implementations.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across all project stakeholders.

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
