Provide technical support to employees by assisting with hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The intern will support daily IT operations while gaining practical experience through the Tamheer Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support to users.
- Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support user account setup and access requests.
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
- Assist with system updates and routine maintenance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF.
- Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
