Responsibilities
Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions including web parts, workflows, and features to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
Implement and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
Develop and maintain custom SharePoint workflows using tools such as SharePoint Designer or Power Automate to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of software development principles.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
SharePoint Developer Associate or similar, showcasing a commitment to professional development. - Has 3-5 years of hands‑off experience in SharePoint development, indicating a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
- Has experience in the IT industry, preferably with organizations that have deployed and used SharePoint.
