Role
Purpose:
The Digital & Social Media Specialist executes and optimizes digital marketing initiatives to enhance AlBawani Holding’s brand visibility and engages target audiences. This role manages social media channels, website content, digital campaigns, and analytics, while supporting creative content development and ensuring consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Create, write, and schedule content aligned with platform best practices and brand guidelines.
- Monitor engagement, track trends, and manage audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update website content via CMS or third-party platforms.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO performance.
- Coordinate with IT or vendors to ensure functionality and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop digital content (banners, emailers, videos, social posts).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Research digital trends and apply best practices to enhance engagement.
- Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Linked In Insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with KPIs.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements for campaigns and channels.
- Design and implement digital campaigns across organic and paid channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, website CMS tools, and digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic content design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using digital performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Ability to manage content across multiple digital channels effectively.
