Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Architect with strong Open Shift experience to join our Riyadh office, KSA. In this role you will work as a subject‑matter expert in Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technology, answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover, and lead the on‑site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance.

You will gain an understanding of customers’ infrastructures and business issues and make recommendations appropriate to their environments. • Win the confidence of our customers through discovery, analysis and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution.
• Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Work closely with product business units, engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world‑class customer experience with Red Hat’s products.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements and lower delivery risk.

• Prior experience working in consulting and architecture roles.
• Strong customer‑facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions.
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at hands‑on delivery and architecture levels.
• Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise‑wide deployments.
• Knowledge of Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Open Shift, Ansible Automation Platform and Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms, introducing Dev Ops, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across the region up to 100 %.

• Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with Red Hat Open Shift Virtualization is considered a big plus.
