New Senior Leadership Role | Data Warehousing & BI | Saudi Arabia
We’re supporting a major digital transformation program within one of Saudi Arabia’s leading banks and are looking for an exceptional Data & BI Architect / Data Engineering Leader to join the team onsite in Riyadh.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role working directly with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer
, driving enterprise‑scale data warehousing, BI modernization, and data architecture initiatives.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and large‑scale BI environments
- Strong background in data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema)
- Deep experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, ODI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory
- Solid exposure to banking or financial services data domains (core banking, risk, AML, KYC)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Saudi Arabia
- Act as the right hand to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise DW/BI solutions
- Shape data strategy, governance, and best practices
- Work across high‑visibility regulatory, risk, and analytics programs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving transformation environment
