Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead

A well respected group company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The company invests across various asset classes including Real estate, Direct ventures, Private equity funds and public stocks. Subsidiary of the investment company also has Real Estate and other retail businesses through different structures.

The IT Infrastructure Team Lead will oversee a hybrid IT environment spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, on‑premises data centers, enterprise networks, servers, storage, and critical business systems. The role is responsible for infrastructure design, governance, security, availability, modernization, and operational resilience across the group. The successful candidate will lead infrastructure operations, support cloud and on‑premises platforms, strengthen cybersecurity controls, manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities, and guide the IT support team in delivering reliable enterprise IT services.

• Architect, administer, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises data centers and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Entra , identity governance, authentication services, and access control.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, switches, routers, and secure connectivity between business locations.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, endpoint compliance, application deployment, and security policy enforcement.
• Manage infrastructure supporting for Business critical applications, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and eFront.
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server environments, monitor database performance, and support system optimization activities.
• Administer core infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, and IP Address Management.
• Oversee IPPBX and IP Telephony infrastructure.
• Manage virtualization platforms and SAN storage infrastructure.
• Lead endpoint security, patch management, system hardening, Change Management, Incident Management and infrastructure security standards.
• Design, implement, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies, including backup validation, recovery testing, and failover simulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support the IT infrastructure and support teams to ensure effective service delivery and technical capability development.
• Coordinate vendor support, ISP relationships, software licensing, infrastructure procurement, and remote IT operations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, asset inventories, infrastructure standards, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.

• Cisco CCNA is required, CCNP is preferred.
• Microsoft AZ-305:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert is required.
• Microsoft AZ-500:
  Azure Security Engineer Associate is required.

• Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra , Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server 2016–2022, IIS, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft AD & AD Sites, Microsoft SQL Server, virtualization platforms, SAN storage, enterprise firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, L2/L3 switching, routing, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
