IVD Integration Engineer

IVD integration Engineer (Saudi Arabia) Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions.
• Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems.
• Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, and coordinate with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems.
• Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of regional healthcare informatics business.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, or software implementation and delivery.
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and headquarters teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation is preferred.
