Job DescriptionExperience:
8-12 years
Lead, design and development of enterprise‑scale BI solutions using Power BI, with preferred expertise in SSAS and SSIS for robust data modelling and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, Design and deliver complex Power BI & Pagination reports and enterprise BI solutions.
- Build and manage advanced semantic models
; leverage SSAS Tabular models (preferred). - Develop complex DAX calculations and optimized data models.
- Optimize performance using tools like DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer.
- Implement Row‑Level Security (
RLS
) and enforce governance standards. - Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Manage Power BI Service, deployments, and workspace governance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders for solution design and delivery.
- Expertise in Power BI, advanced DAX, and data modelling
- Hands‑on experience in SSAS (Tabular preferred).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and BI architecture
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) and/or SAP BO & Oracle are an added advantage
