We're hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and supporting end users in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do:- Provide IT support for employees and office systems
- Set up devices and accounts for new joiners
- Manage IT assets and inventory
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve IT requests
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or end‑user support.
- Experience with device setup, user support, access management, and routine IT troubleshooting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment.
