We are looking for a professional Database Engineer / DBA to join our team and ensure the performance, integrity, and security of enterprise databases.

• Build and maintain high-availability database systems
• Design and implement databases based on business requirements
• Define users and manage data access and distribution
• Provide seamless data flow across systems
• Manage both backend data structure and frontend accessibility
• Implement:
• Backup and recovery strategies
• High-speed transaction recovery
• Performance optimization
• Minimize downtime and improve query performance
• Provide proactive and reactive database support
• Train users on database usage
• Define and enforce:
• Procedures
• Standards
• Perform regular testing for:
• Security
• Data privacy
• Data integrity
• Monitor performance and apply updates, patches, and upgrades
• Stay updated with latest technologies and trends

• 5+ years of experience as Database Administrator (DBA)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Database systems
• End-user applications
• Excellent knowledge of:
• SQL
• Backup & recovery
• Data security & integrity
• Experience in:
• Documentation
• Coding
• Familiarity with:
• DBA tools
• Third-party tools
• APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Certification such as MCSE (Data Management & Analytics) is a plus
