Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage end-to-end nphies technology and delivery of nphies and provide high quality services to customers.
• Manage LIC/contract vendor management (
  nphies Technology vendor performance, which includes SLA, KPI’s , manage services)
• Manage the quality of nphies platform to ensure high quality services and consistent functioning.
• Participate in tracking and controlling technology spending and plan ways to optimize technology spending.
• Manage IT performance and ensure that a set of activities and outputs meets Sehati's goals in an effective and efficient manner.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring technology obligations and vendor compliance.
• Contribute to managing and aligning the designed processes and activities to achieve Sehati's goals and objectives and to provide the desired outputs.
• Assist in assigning the right number of employees to perform the right tasks at the right time to ensure effective and efficient performance and high quality outputs.
• Participate in formulating the technology human recourse plan and monitor the execution of the plan following its approval.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the execution of overall test strategy.

• Possess strong strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in software development practices and methodologies.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear technology vision aligned with the Sehati's goals.
• Understanding of the business environment and how technology can drive growth and efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale technology projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to identify challenges, devise creative solutions, and overcome obstacles.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with a range of people.

• Bachelor's degree in computer information system, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferred master's degree in business. computer information system, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional qualification IT Governance and PMP is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in a similar field.
• 2 years of experience in managerial roles that focus on healthcare sector and information technology.
